In this Community of Practice we will share practical ways to make inclusive conversations part of everyday life on the job site. We’ll focus on how to support field leaders, build trust with crews, and create space for real dialogue in places like safety meetings, shift huddles, and break rooms. You will hear from our guest speaker from Calgary Construction Association on their Tailgate Toolbox, as well as other EOC members who have had success in this space.
